Refund Policy

At JSG Welding, we require a 50% deposit to confirm any job, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable if a job is canceled. Once work has started or materials have been purchased, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

 

We do not offer refunds for completed work unless there is a demonstrable error or defect in workmanship. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at jsg.art@outlook.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
